The UK’s number 1 baby essentials brand, Tommee Tippee, tasked us with overhauling the packaging design for their award-winning ‘Closer to Nature’ product range to create a cleaner, more premium look & feel. We were also briefed to develop an integrated campaign to promote their new soother designs.
We explored a series of distinct and ownable concepts for the packaging design, focusing on evoking a warm, emotionally led consumer response. Communicating the key product benefits of softness and lightness of touch was central to our approach as we knew that’s what mums and babies love most when it comes to ‘Closer to Nature’. Colour was used to highlight the contents of the pack, making it quicker and easier to identify the different products – just what mum needs to make a trip to the shops with baby that much simpler!
The soother campaign encouraged mums to vote for their favourite new design, so we developed an attention grabbing, playful headline which was used across in-store point of sale and digital advertising.
Tommee Tippee continues to be loved by mums and babies alike, which is why it’s still the number one baby essentials brand in the UK.
