Launching New Amsterdam Vodka in the UK, by adapting and localising the US led brand activity.

Our approach was twofold – firstly awareness. Creating resonance with the vodka – called New Amsterdam after NY city’s original name – was achieved by a two-week takeover of Old Street Underground station, London bus and taxi wraps and billboards that championed the brand as an iconic landmark in the NYC cityscape – on par with the Empire State Building.

Secondly – driving trial. Taking New Amsterdam’s “It’s Your Town” and making it a celebration of nights out in British towns and cities. Point of Sale inspired trial of New Amsterdam based cocktails and on-trade materials established an exclusive newcomers feel that people didn’t want to miss out on.
