Innovus deliver market leading solutions to the property sector. Their services include Building Surveying, Asset Management, Safety and Compliance.

In 2022, they were acquired by Emeria, the world’s leading provider of real estate services and technologies. This acquisition reinforced Innovus’s status as a major player in the UK property sector and highlighted the need for a brand refresh to help them achieve and surpass their business goals.

Our brief was to refresh the brand rather than undertake a complete identity overhaul. We began with an audit of visual assets, which led to the introduction of our ‘fast forward chevrons’, derived from the existing logo.

 

 

These simple yet dynamic graphics represent forward-thinking and positivity, giving context and reason to the branding, which was previously lacking.

Alongside the fast-forward chevrons, the colour palette has been reinvigorated. Petrol Blue – known for its trustworthy and calming associations – has become the core brand colour, while updated secondary colours represent different aspects of the business.

 

 

Cut-off corners have become a prominent brand feature, adding a new layer of identity that conveys precision and sharpness.

Together, these elements create a refreshed and confident brand identity – one that is built to move forward and keep pace with the times.
